JMS applies safety principles in all aspects of the business. Leadership is fully involved in the safety culture by conducting management site visits. This emphasizes building trusting relationships with our employees. All members of leadership are involved with safety committees and focus groups to continue to steer the direction of the company's safety culture. Our safety culture is designed to empower our employees to remain engaged in their individual responsibility as part of an overall team.
